1. Information We Collect
Toolkit-Pro collects and stores the following data to operate the service:
- Account data: Your Google email address and display name, collected via Google OAuth on sign-in.
- Plan & subscription data: Your current plan (free or pro), recording limit, and plan expiry date.
- Payment records: Razorpay order IDs, payment IDs, amount paid, payment status, and timestamps. We do not store card numbers or banking details — those are handled entirely by Razorpay.
- Temporary upload state: While a video is uploading, we temporarily store the filename and your Google Drive folder ID to track the upload. This record is deleted as soon as the upload is confirmed.
2. What We Do NOT Store
Video files: Your screen recordings are streamed directly from your browser to Google Drive via a resumable upload URL. Our servers never receive, process, or store your video content.
Thumbnail images: Canvas-captured thumbnail frames are uploaded directly to a subfolder in your Google Drive. We do not retain copies on our servers.
3. Google Drive Data
Strict Scope: Our application uses the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file scope. This means we can only access files and folders that were created by our app — specifically the "ToolkitPro" folder and its subfolders. We cannot see, read, or modify your personal documents, photos, or any other content in your Drive.
4. Data Usage
We use your data only to:
- Authenticate your account and maintain your session.
- Enforce your plan's recording limits.
- Process and verify payments via Razorpay.
- Display your recordings in the dashboard.
5. Third-Party Services
- Google OAuth & Drive API — for authentication and file storage.
- Razorpay — for payment processing. Subject to Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
- Google Analytics & Microsoft Clarity — for anonymous usage analytics.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account and payment records as long as your account exists. Temporary upload state is deleted immediately after each upload completes. You can request full data deletion by contacting us.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at chiragpandya6022@gmail.com. Deleting your account removes all stored account and payment data from our servers. Your Google Drive files are unaffected and remain under your control.
